MOUNTAIN CLIMBING: Comics Trip

It was a exciting, enjoyable and unforgettable day for our group when we decided to have a photo shoot near from my house that used in our comics output. Well, nakakapagod at pawisan kaming lahat sa pag-akyat at pagbaba ng bundok. Happy and enjoy talaga because this is our part of our life that will not forget kasi muntik na kaming maligaw sa gitna ng kabundukan...

Before we go to the mountain, sempre nagprepared muna kami ng aming dadalhin like the tent we brought na napakalaking tulong sa amin. It was a stoney and grassy way to go in the mountain pero carry naman namin kasi ginagawa namin ito para maging maganda ang comics output namin...

Paakyat palang kami, we saw a goat eating a grass na ginamit namin sa aming photoshoot... And then dahil sa mabato at madamo nga and daan, nagkaroon kami ng mga galos at kunting sugat sa aming mga paa lalo na sa aming mga braso at kamay na aming ginamit sa paghawig ng mga damo at tangkay ng mga puno na aming nilakbay...

When we are on the top of the mountain..grabe pawis na pawis kami at kating-kati laya kamot dito, kamot doon..kaya ang iba sa amin kagrupo ay nagpantal ang mga balat sa leeg at braso... Masyadong tirik ang araw at nagkalat ang mga higad sa mga tangkay ng mga trees...

We build a tent that served as our camping field or destination. We make a bonfire in front of the tent and we took some pictures...sobrang happy talaga kasi nagawa namin ito by team cooperation...tamaaaaaa!

We are all happy and glad because we did our best to finished the output. I wish na sana maraming makabasa ng aming ginawang comics...un lng thanks....

The Real & Love Meaning of JONCY

Hi everyone... I am Jonathan Lucena and my friends called me Joncy...

Joncy from the root word Jon(Jonathan), C(Carl) and Y(Rico Yan).

Yan ang istorya kung papano ko nakuha ang nickname ko na JONCY...owkei!

N: Nice, Inspiring but melodramatic.

But this meaning for me is not enough kasi marami pa dyan ang wala pa sa mga katangian ko na hindi nyo pa nalalaman...siguro balang araw makikita nyo rin sakin at inyong ikakagulat...jajaja Im saying the truth!

By the way, thanks to all of my friends, family, relatives and

others who makes me happy at pinakasamahan ako ng maayos

bilang isang "SIMPLY JONCY"...

Yeah...Happy and Enjoy sa Operating Room...why?

Because I have learned a lot of things inside the OR...

Grabeh! First day palang...Im so nervous at afraid because this is my

first time to exposed and experienced in the OR.

Pero maswerte kami because we meet and know our kindly and intelligent

clinical instructor Sir Joselito Habac.

Masaya siyang kasama as a CI of our group...

I have a general objective in the operating room at ito yun..

>To be able to be oriented with the rules and regulations and to gain experience and further knowledge...

I have also my specific objectives na aking natutunan at naisapuso...

>To be able to experience being a scrub nurse and be familiarize with the surgical instruments

>To be able to perform my task well specially inside the operating room.

>To ensure that I can able to perform my duties and responsibilities and to be able to apply my profound knowledge in the actual world.

Lahat ng mga objectives na yan at natutuna ko na aking magagamit for my future life as a nurse...

Lalo akong kinabahan ng nauna ako as a scrub nurse for the patient who is having a exploratory laparotomy procedure...grabe talaga kasi hindi ko akalain na ganun ang makikita ko during the procedure...madugo at medyo kinakabahan..

Mahigit 3-4 hours akong nakatayo at ngalay na ngalay ang mga kamay ko sa pag-retract ng operative site.

It was so tired but I'm happy because I have a major case agad... During the procedure I observed that the operating room team did their job GREAT and very well...

As a student scrub nurse I maintained the sterility of the instruments and used sterile techniques.... I've done also gloving and gowning myself and also serving the gown and gloves to the surgeon very well...

After the procedure, I helped my classmate to wash the instruments used in the procedure kaya sobrang pagod at huggard akong tignan... Buti nalang nagtulungan kami hanggang matapos namin ang aming task or job...

Kaya masasabi ko I did a GREAT JOB inside the operating room...ASTIG!

Footprints in the SAND... God cares us!

This story is about a man who has a dream that he was walking with our God along the beach..... And it is also symbolizes that the God is here for us that guided and cared everywhere we go...He never leave us! owkei..jejeje

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was

walking along the beach with the LORD. Across the sky

flashed scenes from his life, he noticed two sets of

footprints in the sand: one belonging to him, and the

other to the LORD.

When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he

looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed

only one set of footprints. He also noticed that is

happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his

life

This really bothered him and he questioned the LORD

"LORD you said that once I decided to follow you,

you'd walk with me all the way, But I have noticed that

during the most troublesome times in my life, there is

only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when

I needed you most you would leave me."

The LORD replied: " My son, my precious child, I love

you and I would never you leave you. During your times of

trial and suffering , when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."

God is good; And God is great

He's the king and savior of the universe

He never forget us in times of poverty and disaster

Thanks' God for everything you've given to us

The very best gift I have received from God

Was the gift of "salvation"

Given through the shed blood of the only

Begotten son, Jesus Christ, The son of Almighty God Himself

No greater could be so precious to man,

Than a love that gives us eternity in Paradise.

The second best gift I ever received from God

was the gift of "eternal life"

Every person is born with a purpose in life,

And only God knows what the purpose is.

But God doesn't make mistakes.

God gaves us a beautiful world, ways to grow food, animals for meat,

And all that we need to survive.

All we have to do is use what He has provided.

Other gift i received from God,

are my family, friends and relatives.

Because without them, my life is sad and lonely.

GOOD FRIENDS MAKE LIFE SO MUCH BETTER: Friends Forever

A FRIEND is someone who you think your life would be different if they didn’t exist. A FRIEND also is someone who NEVER leaves you out; you are ALWAYS included when you are with them. A friend is there for you when you have problems and someone we treasure for our friendship is a gift. And makes the whole world we live in a better and happier place.

This is my story of my unforgettable friends when we are being together. It’s was a holy week trip, sunset, when my friends are decided to go to the mountain for “overlooking”. This mountain is slightly far from our house. I was so excited because this is the time to know each other personally. Before we went to that mountain, we sure that the dinner is ready before we got home. Some of my friends want also a simple picnic so they bought some foods and snacks. It’s was a grassy and stony way to go on that mountain. While climbing the mountain, I noticed that some of my friends are noisy; they shouted, laughed and sang. When we on the top of a mountain, we feel the strong and cold air. I was so happy for them because they enjoyed with me. On that place we saw the beauty of Laguna Bay and some parts of Rizal. We also saw some building in Manila that was so fantastic because we didn’t wasting our time to go on that place, it was so enjoyable. We also took some pictures that serve as our remembrance for us. After all, we arrived at home with full of happiness and love with each other.

I’m so very thankful to our God because He gave me friends like them. I will never forget those memories in my life because it was so memorable for me. And I will trust, respect, and help them the best I can. Thanks’ God , FRIENDS FOREVER.

JESUS SAVES AND SACRIFICES FOR US!

No one is righteousness and no one is perfect. Everyone from birth has sin, but God has given us a gift by saving and sacrificing His life for our sins. Jesus takes the debt of our sins and died instead of us, this is because he loved us. Long before, Jesus died on a cross and he made a great sacrifice for us; he also gave up his power and might. Jesus gave up His eternal life so that, we need to be thankful of what He done for us and praise him for being a good savior and powerful God.

As a son, my responsibility is to study hard and follow my parents and also knows the right and bad things in life because it is in the Ten Commandments of God that was written in the bible. People who live turn and live with God’s way will have peace and righteousness, mercy, prosperity and blessings to come in their life. “For God so love the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes Him should not perish but have ever lasting life” (John 3:16), these words of Gods was my favorite verse in the bible simply because if you believe and love Him and accept that He was a God of the universe, you have gift from God of an everlasting life.

God is a king, powerful, and our savior. He never stops to seek and save us. Every trials and obstacles in our life is just a God challenges because He want to test us how strong the faith we have for Him.

Thanks God for all the blessings you’ve given to us. God is good at all times!
